Meet Sherri

Sherri is a leadership consultant with 20 years of successfully supporting and advising Financial Services, Healthcare, and Oil and Gas leaders. Most recently, she served as the Director of Recruiting for a $4.6B Credit Union, improving retention and the onboarding experience. Sherri holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Gallup Strengths, and Human Resources. In May 2025, she will receive her master's in Management and Leadership from the C. T. Bauer College of Business from the University of Houston.

 
 

How it Works

Identify Key Focus Areas:

In our first session, we will discuss your immediate needs, their urgency, and their related impact. You will receive a code to complete your leadership assessment.

Discover Your Unique Strengths:

In our second session, we will review your leadership assessment reports and discuss how your strengths enhance and hinder your leadership style.

Create a Strengths-Based Strategy: 

For our third session, we will confirm and validate the target issues. From here, we will create a personalized framework to help leaders leverage strengths for performance, engagement, and retention.

Transform Team Performance:

From this point forward, you will be equipped to implement proven coaching techniques that enhance (drive or create) collaboration, accountability, and long-term success.
